Elaine graduated with an Engineering Degree in Media Communication Systems and has been with Prolifics Testing for over 9 years.
Elaine's responsibilities are in HR and Training. Within HR she oversees all the on-boarding of new hires - issuing contracts and conducting the induction classes. In addition Elaine manages all the day to day HR operations, which require her to liaise with the HR team at Prolifics HQ.
Elaine's other responsibility at Prolifics Testing, is the processing of all the Training bookings of our certified and non-certified software testing courses. This requires her to meticulously coordinate with the delegates, our training venues all over the country and with the examination centres.
Elaine also organises all the company socials, ensuring that our consultants, who mostly work on client sites, get to regularly meet with their colleagues.
